So Candy, how's the weather on the west coast? Is it like 65 and everyone is wearing parkas? I used to live in Oceanside and it used to crack me up that everyone out there would bundle up if it went below 65 degrees.

They would all look at me funny since I have been running in a skirt and light weight shirt since it reached 35°! Yesterday it was close to 50° and I would have liked to have run in my skirt and tank top but I thought people might wonder about the crazy runner!

Bath is done....added Denis and Nancy to our website....and am settled into bed! Ahhh...what a nice relaxing evening. It was my reward to myself for the 15 miles I ran this week!

Wow, 15 miles!! That's amazing!! Randy and I are talking about getting into shape to run the 5k at Castaway Cay!!

Wow, was it that warm yesterday? I was in hotel land, so I didn't see much of the real world. Supposed to be wonderfully warm all week!! I have been seeing people running in shorts for weeks!

It rained yesterday. It was mostly cloudy today, in the low 60s. I know, it is pretty funny how some people bundle up! When I went out today I didn't wear anything over the clothes I had on. I usually will wear a sweat jacket when I go out early in the morning when it's in the 40s. But nothing more than that.
I think it is suppose to warm up to the 70s by the end of the week. We have been getting a lot of rain this year.

What time do they run the 5K @ CC in the summer (not a big fan of racing in the hot sun!!)? My next 5K is in 2 weeks and my achy knees are holding up - but barely! I did sprints on the track with DS today and am paying for it now....
