Anyone,, going to Blizzard Beach after the cruise??

Since we are only at WDW for 4 nights, I think we will be skipping the water parks again this trip. They are just so busy in the summer and with the limited time, it just doesn't seem worth the cost.

We do have 2 REALLY OLD tickets (they actually have our photo on them) - I think we could use them towards the water parks because they still have one day left on the passes and the water parks were there at the time. Then we would only have to buy tickets for the kids and that might be worth it. We will see.

I am also posting how I personalized mine. If anyone needs help personalizing theirs, let me know and I can help out.

We have this print in our Four-Seasons room. It is beach themed/Disney and it is where we enter into the house when coming in and out of the house from our pool. Wish I had time to get this done as a magnet!!

The timing does suck (for lack of a better word) but even if you are thinking about what is to come....I hope you can enjoy the vacation with them and the support of all your friends who will be there with all of you. I have been so excited to meet your mom and dad and I hope that it works out that I can still do so. We will all be praying for her!



You are not a "debbie-downer"...it is a tough thing. Can't say it enough though - you have tons of friends here and we will be there to help you and your mom enjoy your vacation together, laugh and have fun in your happy place and just be there!

Rough afternoon here my mom got some upsetting news today....Eleven years ago she had breast cancer. She had her mammogram and ultrasound on Friday. They told her she was fine. As she was on the phone telling me this the place was beeping through. They wanted her back for more pictures today. Well her and my dad went back today. She has the same thing back on the other-side now. She has to wait for the surgeon to call her tomorrow to schedule the biopsy. This is excatlly what she went through before. It just stinks to get this kind of news 9 nights before we are all supposed to be leaving. Now we are not sure is the surgeon going to want/need to operate right away or start treatments before we all are supposed to go. My parents want to still go but who knows what will happen now!!

Hi Kristen--A similar thing happened to my mom about 3 years ago. She and my dad were going to visit my brother for a week in CA for Thanksgiving. They did the biopsy before the trip and told them to go. Then they proceeded with surgery and treatment after the vacation.

Hugs and good thoughts for you, your mom, and your family!! Hopefully it will all work out for the best-- at least you are all getting to take this vacation together now!

I had to clean up the print because someone had taken a photo of the piece framed - there was a lot of reflection on the image.

It will make a fun magnet and I will be printing one out for our door!

I had to clean up the print because someone had taken a photo of the piece framed - there was a lot of reflection on the image.

It will make a fun magnet and I will be printing one out for our door!

Maybe, I should do the same. I have been ordering my magnets from Vistaprint so I would not get it in time!!
