hi everyone! wow, 4 threads for this cruise! we are cruising on it as well, but I haven't been around to chat with you all..was wondering if it's too late to get in on the fun? I have an 11yo dd and 13 yo ds, and it would be great if they could meet some kids to hang out with. Are you all doing a meet up on the first day?

I got your PM and will send the answer in a moment. Just to let you know...it is never too late to get in on the fun! Feel free to join in with all the chatting.

I think some people are meeting before our cabin tour (a bunch of us are going to tour cabins at 2:30 or so). You will find information about it on the website. I know I need to update the cabin tour information (and will do so in the morning) but it is pretty close.

Good Evening Everyone...Back from a very loong school meeting...We had to have it tonight because of everyone on our executive board is leaving for vacation.

Rough afternoon here my mom got some upsetting news today....Eleven years ago she had breast cancer. She had her mammogram and ultrasound on Friday. They told her she was fine. As she was on the phone telling me this the place was beeping through. They wanted her back for more pictures today. Well her and my dad went back today. She has the same thing back on the other-side now. She has to wait for the surgeon to call her tomorrow to schedule the biopsy. This is excatlly what she went through before. It just stinks to get this kind of news 9 nights before we are all supposed to be leaving. Now we are not sure is the surgeon going to want/need to operate right away or start treatments before we all are supposed to go. My parents want to still go but who knows what will happen now!!

So sorry to hear your news tonight... My mom also had breast cancer 7 years ago now..... will be thinking about your mom...

Welcome Laurie! I have an 11 year old daughter as well.. She has been emailing a few other girls who will be on the cruise, I am sure they will love to meet your daughter. I Also have an 8 year old son.

I cannot believe it is sooooo soon!!!

LOL - I got more sunscreen at Costco last night.

I try not to worry about the weather - it will be what it is. Disney was great about changing course last time so I am not really that worried.

I agree - I try not to get too worried about this as well. Looks like the 8/2 cruisers may to have make alternate plans for their 2nd day at CC this week.
