I don't understand this either. That is why I sent them an email last night, expressing my disappointment.

I emailed them too, unfortunately I think I came off a little whiney in it. The points I tried to make were 1) they should have made this change with cruisers who have not been allowed to online check in yet, 2) lines outside are going to be horrendous (especially in August heat), 3) how are they going to keep people outside seperated by those who have an actual arrival time vs. those who just show up, 4) I made a plea for those who were not able to book Palo online and were showing up early in hopes of securing a reservation onboard early

Thanks for the well wishes everyone! The funny thing is that while at the hospital, I told DH that we were a very accident group. so, even I was thinking about this group. The surgery will tomorrow, so please keep me in your thoughts and prayers.

I know it's a bit early, but how did it go ? Let us know if our prayers kept you safe and sound.

This is going to make everyone who has arranged car rentals, etc. have to change their plans. I am sending DCL an email tonight.. They should not have made this change soo close to the cruise.

Our wait list for BLT after the cruise just came through. Probably telling the kids tomorrow about the cruise but not telling the kids about the world until we get on the bus after the cruise.

Thanks! My shopping bag is over $300 I haven't placed the order yet, but plan on doing it before the night is over! I started with 2 cover ups, I now have 3 bathing suits, a cover-up skirt, kids bathing suits, etc....have to stop!! LOL!!! I need to leave the site a while and go back and edit my shopping bag a little! ( I really don't need 3 suits, but...)

Hello all!
We are home from AZ now!! We found a wedding dress for DD!!
I was very surprised it happened as quick as it did. We went into one store, she tried on 5 dresses, and she kept going back to the second one she tried on. She told me she didn't need to go to another store because that dress was the one. So we bought it, and she has to get it altered a little and she will be good to go. She also picked her veil out too!!
Did I mention that I am a bit overwhelmed with so much to plan for!!

The good news is, I am all set for my FE gifts!!

Thank you for all the well wishes and prayers. We have just heard that my mil is coming out of hospital today (only a week after the surgery, and 5 days earlier than expected)

We still have a long road a head of us but I can't thank everyone enough for the support they have shown.

I've even started beginning to think about our holiday again.

Helen, That is wonderful news about your MIL!! I hope her recovery can go quicker than expected too!!

I just checked my online check-in and it still has our arrival time at 10:30.
I really hope they change their minds and have the later time for the later cruises who haven't checked in online yet!! That is just not right
