As someone wrote ,it' ll take some time to adjust to the new climate ...
it's exciting though to live so close to wonderful NYC !!!!! WE come all the way through the Atlantic ocean to visit it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some of us do like the idea of the tshirts !! Besides the lanyards , it could be a nice way to recognize our fellow cruisers !!!!In case you haven't seen my CRUISER GUIDE ... I'm posting it here below !!!!

Unfortunately, we weren't able to make reservations because they were full. So, we're going to have to find another place to eat. Does anyone have any suggestions?

When you go you can see if they have had any cancellations. That is how we got in one time.

I actually have too many ideas. I love to craft, but between expense and travel... I'm anxiously (not) waiting to find out the FE assignments for the adult/kid breakdown so I can plan more specifically.

Thanks, for taking the time to do the landyards. I know we all really appreciate it!! Are we going with the logo that Laura has been posting? If so isn't the saying on it Two Times the Fun in the Caribbean Sun! Should we maybe consider using that one since it is on our logo? I hate to have you do more work but it is just a thought. What does everyone else think?

I have been thinking a lot about them and trying to come up with something awesome...but ideas are not coming quickly!

Nope - same boat here. DW is in charge of this for us and hasn't had a spare moment to even think about it.

Looks like we're all in the same boat!!! At least I'm not the only one who hasn't decided. I have an idea of what I'm going to do, but nothing definite yet. I hope what I do isn't a duplicate of anybody else's. Since we all peruse the same threads!

I'll reveal what I did since I'll change it up for THIS Cruise.

We did highlighters, Mexico handicraft (since it was a MR cruise) Port stop Magnet, and a bracelet on our cruise 2 weeks ago. Most others went much more elaborate and handmade. Also, we didn't put our cabin on them. Went anonymous. (I think we were the only ones that didn’t put our cabin on our stuff.) I was a tiny bit worried people would think we “stiffed” the FE Exchange. It is customary to put your name & cabin on them?

It is customary to put your name and cabin # on your gift you give others? Is that something new? Because in 2008 not many things we got came with names and I didn't put our names on anything.

It's been a few years now since I've been there, but there was another place on the same block as AG entrance that was a two story restaurant that had doll high chairs. Sorry, I can't remember the name.


Another fun restaurant is Ellen's Stardust Diner. The servers are all Broadway actors and take turns performing. Tips pay for singing lessons. It's across from Mars 2112.
