anyone have plans for the next cruise? we're looking at 2007. hopefully, dcl will announce something different! hawaii!!!!!!! i hope...i wish...

we might not make the 1000 before the cruise (with so many leaving soon!!) but if not - i bet we make the 1000 when we return to give all the trip reports etc.!!!

Randall - i'm at the mercy of the Disney Shuttle bus - so not sure what time they will get us to the port to board but it will be fun to find out who is first & last!!! I hope we get there fast once we land guess it will depend on how many passengers will be on that shuttle that we have to wait for...DS (and me) are just so excited to board the ship and officially begin our vacation!

Susie - my icons were all messed up this a.m. but are all working now!!!

Now that Wed is almost over and we just have thurs & friday - and you all know how busy they will be - Sat will be here before we know it!! and we can start looking at future cruises. We are looking at 2007 as well - guess those dates/rates aren't published till end of Sept...??? not sure on that - just read it somewhere...probably on one of these boards. Really wondering what Disney has planned for future cruises? This WC was obviously a BIG HIT - as i believe each one sold out (based on some friends who were waitlisted all summer for a cancellation that never came thru). I know they have the southern 10-day cruise scheduled for 2006...but who knows what they are thinking....okay - i'm just rambling now!!! Hanging out at the office waiting for a return phone call - when i could be home by now or shopping or something!!!!

Brenda...what time do you board the shuttle? what time do you land? it should take you roughly 30-45 (maybe less!) minutes to get to port from lax. unless of course, there's traffic. usually on saturday morning, it's pretty smooth!

DS6 is not feeling well! came down w/a fever!! and it's so close to leaving!! gave him some meds...hopefully, he'll be over it. if not, he's going to see the doc tomorrow! no wonder he looked sleepy so early in the day!! bad mother!! didn't even think of checking his head for temp!!!! and we went swimming, story time! been a busy day! yikes!!!!!!!!

we land at LAX at 10:40 - so i'm hoping that by the time the luggage arrives to the carousel (11:15ish???) that Disney is there and ready to go - but it's possible we;ll have to wait on other incoming flights too for all i know....but not sure of that.
i had magnetic tape and strips at Michaels. I got 2 packs of 6 strips which i won't need all - so if anyone needs any just let me know....

it's happening now so that he has the 48+ hours to get thru it, and Sat a.m. he's going to wake up - 100% healthy and ready to go!! Just have faith!!! It will all go well!

ok...update...just got back from the doc's...everything is ok! thank goodness! DS6 woke up...fever is down. but took him in, just in case! she's not sure what it is...but she prescribed antibiotics...and aerobutal (sp?)...that's only for "as needed" basis. told her about our "out of the country trip"...a cruise...and asked if maybe we should just cancel/postpone...she said no need for that. so we're ok to go!!!! told DS6 that he needed to rest & drink LOTS of liquid!

as i recall...he bounces back pretty quickly...now that things are a bit calm, and i'm not in a "panic" mode!! i can think a little more straight!

anyways...i see that Nancy has left! i think she mentioned that she'll be in dl in the afternoon!

again, Brenda, Becky, & Janae...i'm sorry about dl and the items i said i'd pick up for you! didn't think it'd be a good idea to go...and risk our vacation!! have to make sure he rests up! we'll see you all on saturday!

Will someone do me a huge favor? There is speculation on whether you can go to the Palo's bar and have chocolate souffle without a PS. Will one of you please go and see if you can do this and then when you get back let me know?

We leave in 3 weeks for our 3rd cruise. I love Palo's and would eat there everynight if I could. On this upcoming cruise the first day is my birthday and we thought about eating there on this night, but then we decided to eat there on our last night like we normally do. I would love to be able to go and have the souffle only on my birhtday.

I appreciate anyones efforts to find this our for me. Feel free to pm me before you leave and/or with the results.
