Tia/Donna and Michelle

After registering on-line and printing the two documents from there;
1.)DCL Contract Signatures
2.)Payment Authorization Summary

The only must have item that we had in our document package that we had to have are the Bahamas-Immigration Arrival Cards. Michelle you will be at WDW before your cruise you could check at one of the DCL Counters there to see if they have the Immigration Cards before the cruise. Donna when we visit next week I'll check at the DCL desk at the Beach Club and if they have them will bring them to you Friday at the Radisson. Only...if for some reason you don't receive them.

You are all so nice, most of the work was Copy and Paste Not much of a mental challenge, I just had the time. It was fun, hope to see everyone soon.

Tia/Donna - glad to hear you finally got your docs. I know that's a relief! :dance3:

Well, it's packing day. I have to finish up some laundry first :laundy: and then get everything packed.

Brittany left on the bus last night and she just called me this morning to let me know they got to Tennessee okay. They were stopping for breakfast before they headed up to the camp.

I'll try to get back on later to see how everyone is doing. Have a great day!

Morning everyone

Tia/Donna I'm so glad you received you documents. :jumping3:

I guess Laura and Marco should be arriving in Miami any time now. Hope they had a smooth flight over.

Brittany I'm sure is having a Great Time with her friends headed for Florida. In a few days LeiLani is going to be leaving to visit with her parents here in Florida before her trip to WDW.

I still have a week before I get to visit at WDW for a few days...

Bob should have had his final party with the swim team banquet...Hope everyone had a great time and that all the children had a good season.

We all need to pack and shop for those last minute items we have either just realized we must have before the cruise or that we knew we needed but have been putting off shopping for.

So lets get BUSY we have hair appointments, pedicures, manicures, washing, ironing and many other things we must get done within the next few days.

Then we all get to Party on the Cruise.

Thanks for the motivation Beckie :flower1: I've managed to make a lot of lists and bought some things, but I seriously need to get my rear in gear! DH is in Ohio right now with one of our suitcases, so I'm waiting until he gets back tomorrow to start packing the things we won't be using at home.

We aren't leaving until August 11th, so I'm still okay...not quite panic mode, yet! :scared:

Have a great day everyone! :grouphug:

Swim season is officially over for us. Our boys (DS included) swam at all star's today. Bryce's relay finished 4th overall and our 13-14 boys took first place. :cool1:

For those who may not know, swimming is a big time sport in this region and very competitive so we've very proud of the kids. :cheer2:

Bryce and I got to try out our tux's at the season awards banquet. We'll be looking even more dapper w/ our Mickey vests and ties. :groom:

We now officially turned our attention to packing for the cruise. We got our over the door shoe racks for each state room and are working on the list of items to pack. I can't believe that this time in two weeks, we'll be getting ready for dinner at Animator's Palate

Thanks Beckie for keeping the group organized and informed. We'll see you all soon. (which reminds me, I should post some pics of us in advance, yet one more thing to put on the to-do list, lol. )

Bob

Congratulations to Bryce...and all the children on the swim team.

It would be great if you could post a photo with you and Bryce at the awards banquet,(In your tux) but don't forget Deb and Rachel.

Yes ::yes:: two weeks from today we will be ready for dinner at AP.:bounce:

Well, we picked up our cruise docs today from AAA so we are now officially ready to start the excitement! I still have two more biz trips (Boston and Atlanta) to squeeze in before the trip after a full week in OC, California (I meant to stop by Pam, but forgot to ask your address) :rotfl:

We realized that we hate our "Big" luggage pieces and are on the lookout for a couple more big duffle bags to make it a pleasant packing experience. Spent too much on the luggage a few years ago and it is not as functional as it should be and I keep using it out of defiance to not feel like I wasted all that money on "Quality" luggage. But the bottom line is that the huge rolling duffles we have hold more, keep it better organized and are lighter than the big suitcases. My goal b4 leaving for boston is to nail down one or two new duffles! wish me luck.

A question for folks - we want to buy phone cards for use in Coz & GC. Do the AT&T ones work at pay phones in those places? We just need to be able to easily connect home to check in on MIL. Anyone know ? Also I'd like to get gifts for kids club counselors. Recommendations? Itunes cards? phone cards? how much do you suggest?

Jeff,

I'm sooo offended  What part of OC were you in? I hope you beat the heat :sunny: . It's been miserable, but cooling off in the last couple days.

Now you've done it...I didn't even think about the kid's club counselors and now I have to shop for that too. The Itunes cards sound like a great idea. I'm not sure of the amount. It's hard to figure since I don't know how much time the kids will spend there.

Here is a picture of our family. This was taken last Christmas at Disney's California Adventure. The Clarke Family: Tom, Pam, Jon (12), and Jeffrey (7).
