Taking DH husband shopping today which he hates, but he must have some new clothes. Before his knee surgery he lost 70 pounds and he still wears his old clothes!

Glad to see you made it to Florida Laura and DGH! We went shopping yesterday. My DH doesn't mind going but he can always finish his shopping in 1-2 hours, he hardly ever tries anything on and it almost always fits when he gets it home. I can not imagine shopping for clothes and not trying them on. But he got the last couple of things he needed, and as he says, I will be shopping until we board the ship.
Michelle I'm sure you were relieved to get your documents, I sure was. I'm off to do some shopping with my neighbor. -Donna

Sorry, nobody ever got photos of me and Bryce in our tuxedos. And, apparently we are never (well hardly ever) all in the same place at the same time.

We just made our dinner reservations for Friday night. We're going to Boma's at AKL at 5:40 (gotta keep w/ the early dining times, lol.)

I was surprised that there was no problem getting a table on a Friday in August. We've always done DW off season so I guess I just expected everything to be booked up already. Maybe it's because the cuisine isn't as common? We have eaten there before and absolutely love it!!

If anybody else will be in or arund AKL that evening, let us know if you want to meet up.

ooohh... it was so good to call WDW-DINE. It makes me feel like the trip really is just around the corner.

Hey guys. I know its only two weeks before the criuse, but I just found this board a couple of days ago. I am also going on this cruise with my hubby and DD12. (Who will actually be turning 12 on Tues.) We have been on cruises before for we are first time DC'ers and we are really excited. In addition to celebrating my daughters b-day, my hubby and I are celebrating our 9th annaversary.

I havent had a chance to read through all the threads yet but would love to know if there are any chance meet ups. Looking forward to cruis'n with ya.

Well, Alyssa, Madeline, and I are in the great state of Florida too! We are at my parents house in the Northwest Panhandle. We had a good trip down today and we will be here till Friday when we will head to Orlando.

Laura and Marco - glad to hear you had a safe trip over and hope you have a good couple days at the beach.

Welcome sugarplums! Even if it is only 2 weeks out we always love having more DISers join the group.

Yes, we are planning some DIS meets but I will let someone else tell you about them because I don't have my papers in front of me at the moment and I don't want to give you incorrect information. Beckie(MAGICinMYHEART) has taken charge of our group and she will probably ask you for some more information to add you and your family to our DIS List.

We sure look forward to meeting all the DISers we have met on the boards.

Our family is taking our first cruise ever, and it just had to be with Disney. My oldest DS just turned 12 last month and I have another DS who is 7 1/2.

Happy Birthday to your daughter this Tuesday .

I'm certainly not an expert on cruises , but I do check-in a few times a day. I'll answer any questions I can .

Thanks bunchies for the warm welcomes. I have been reading over the past posts and the more I read the more excited I get. We finally got all of our documents (I hope this is all anyhow) in Friday and I have been going through everthing getting all our online reggies done. We are really exited! My daughter had her 12th birthday pool party yesterday and all she could talk about to her friends was the cruise. She's truly a first timer. She's going to have a ball. We all are!

Though I did look back through some of the posts, I think I skimmed over some mention of door signs. Is anyone doing that this time around? I think I am. I am going to go out to the stores tomorrow and see if I can find the stuff to make some with. We have never done this before and it sounds like a lot of "little extra" fun.
