I was unable to attend the auction, but was curious how much the items went for. I am especially interested in how much the AK Lodge 5 pins given to the first day guests went for.

If anyone has that info....please post. I think it is kind of neat to see how much the various items went for.

Figgy,

were those pins prototypes or the real ones?

- David

Figgy, thanks so much for you quick response. I really enjoyed reading the list and seeing what everything went for. I think many that were unable to attend will enjoy this.

Most of the pins were prototypes except the three sets. The flag set that went for 1700 was the actual pins i believe and the 12 Days were the actual production pins but with the artwork included (the sketches of eact pin) and the last one which were the mystery pins were the actual pins as well....

All the others were different in some way from the production pins... I have the entire catalog about the pins if anyone has any specific questions about one of the auctions...

Figgy,

if you wouldn't mind, I would love to know which pins were included in the mystery pin set. That is always an on going debate as what are the official WDW mystery pins.

At least this should demonstrate WDW's view on the mystery pins.

After I see your list, maybe I should change my Pin Group on your PP site to reflect what was sold in the auction.

Thanks in advance, David (djs113)

2203, 2280, 2566, 2804, 3008, 3356, 2989, 3358, 3377, 3830, 4004, 4061, 4331, 4883, 5102, 5438, 6442, 3742, 5648, 5865, 6041, 5074, 3145, 5161

Actually though these were all the pins in the auction I don't think this is going to end the debate because some of them are artist proofs of Low LE's and the rest are mystery...HEHE But if you were wondering which ones they saved for last that was the lot....

I would say except for those above that are special event (6442 was a surprise at the event so it is def. mystery) or if they are auction like 4004 and 4061 they would be mystery....

Sorry not to be much help. All the ones in your pin group except the Olympic Spririt were in the frame though....

Wow I can't say I am sorry I missed it. I would have been twitching in my seat. Thanks for the info.

Hey Figgy,

thanks for the info!!

What is pin 6442?

I don't think you guys are up to that number yet?

Thanks again.

- David
