We bought Universal passes through them, got printable vouchers (to be exchanged at the front desk) and a $10 off Planet Hollywood voucher which we used for lunch the other day

Got around £7 Quidco cashback too - no problems

Prices brilliant - customer service not so good. I ordered Blue Man Group tickets and they asked me to confirm my address on the phone as they had it wrong on their system, I did and they still sent the tickets to the wrong address, right street, wrong number. Luckily we did get them. I sent them an e mail to tell them what had happened, no apology was received.
