Does anyone have any suggestions for some good resort getaways around Pennsylvania? We're looking for a long weekend get-away. Help

Have you checked Nemacolin Woodlands ?

Cape May is nice or how about Baltimore (inner harbor, aquarium, Orioles game).

Is there anything in particular or any area in particular you're looking for? There are tons of resorts in the Pocono Mountains, or you can come into Philly for the weekend, Hershey has the Hershey Hotel, Lancaster has some nice places, or we love the Wildwood Crest/Cape May NJ area as CEDmom suggested.

What part of PA are you in? Other than the previous places mentioned Deep Creek Lake in western MD is BEAUTIFUL. It's right up near the PA border. (The town it's in is called Swanton) Let us know what you decide on

Nemacolin Woodlands is beautiful but very expensive. Seven Springs is also nice (to ski or do winter sports).

I just thought of another one. What part of PA are you located in? There are like 3 Harmonys in PA and there is one near where I used to live in Western PA between Pittsburgh and Erie. From there, Niagara Falls (the Canadian side) is only about a 3 1/2 hour drive. We used to take little family weekends there all the time. It's so pretty!!

Knoebels Grove is nice, it's an old-fashioned amusement park- nice family atmosphere. They even have a carousel with brass rings!

Thanks SRUAlmn and others. We're in Western PA. Near Zelienople, PA which probably only means something to SRU Almn. Looks like some good ideas coming. Thanks all. I'll check some out.
