Hello! My daughter is attending the Wonderland tea party next Thursday. What do girls typically wear to it? We are going to 1900 park fare on Monday and she is wearing her princess dress to that.

Thanks!

I'm not sure about the answer to your question, but I just wanted to say that my 3 year old son is going the same day! He is so excited about it! He loves tea parties and he's seen Alice In Wonderland a million times. It's all he's talked about for weeks. :cloud9:

pleaes report back. My dd will be going in Dec and I would love the answer too!! Have fun and tell us all about it.

How exciting! My DD is really looking forward to it too. I told her that I didn't think they actually served tea, and she was a bit upset.

My DD went to the Wonderland Tea Party in May. She really liked it. A few of the girls were "dressed up" and a couple had princess costumes on. We hopped from Animal Kingdom and hopped again after the tea party so she wore a jasmine t-shirt and shorts. She fit in perfect. If she were going again, I would have her wear everyday clothes again. She wore her Jasmine costume to a princess lunch another day.

My sons went last December with the children of 2 friends we were travelling with (total of 3 girls and 3 boys). I didn't pay close attention but I did not see anyone in a princess dress there. The DDs of my friends all had on park atire (as did my sons).

As an aside, my 6 year old son asked the other day if he could do this again on our next trip. :)

My 3 girls went last year and just wore shorts and t-shirts. They had a wonderful time!!

I thought the minimum age for this was 4 - if it's 3 then my son could go with DD6 when she goes in December. Can someone confirm the age requirement?

DD6 is going to Bibbidi Boppity Boutique the same day, so she will probably wear her princess dress to the tea party.

The minimum age has always been 3 for this activity, unlike most of the other events which have a minimum age of 4 - but they changed it to 4 for this activity sometime this past summer. We made the reservation before the change, so he still gets to go.
