So one of my friends called me last night and asked me if I wanted to be an attendant at her wedding. I said sure assuming she meant like guestbook attendant. Well after talking to her a little bit more and an e-mail she sent me I'm a little confused on what she means by this. Nowhere during the phone call or the e-mail did the word guestbook come up and she was making it sound different like I would be there the whole day and be in pictures and stuff. When I was in the shower it really started bugging me and I don't want to call her back and be like sure -- what is that again? lol

What would you think it means?

Some people refer bridesmaid by using attendant. That is what I would guess. You better ask her to be clear.

Hmm I'm not sure what she means...like others have said some say "attendant" for a bridesmaid. I would ask her for clarification.

Yes it sounds like she meant attendant as in bridesmaid - a lot of people I know use the word attendant instead of bridesmaid so you should definitely ask her.
