atm on board?

is there an atm on board the ship? i don't want to use any cards in st thomas or san juan...

No, they isn't an ATM on the ship. I believe you can cash checks, but I can't remember what the limit is, but I do remember it not being very high. There are plenty of ATM's in St. Thomas and San Juan right off the docks, so you shouldn't worry about being short of cash. If you don't want to use credit cards, bring travelers checks and cash them at Guest Services on board.

I cashed American Express travelers checks in the amount of $100.00 on the ship. At one time, I did three at one time. Don't know if that helps.

No ATMs on board. Never had any trouble with any amount of Trav. Cheques cashed by Guest Services. I think there is a $400 limit on personal checks...but that's from several years ago.
