Atlantis Aquaventure???Questions???

Hello!
I have read on other message boards that families have saved money with the Aquaventure excursion by booking through Comfort Suites or Atlantis. How did you go about doing that? How flexible were they with check-in times? Did you just pay ahead and get on the boat? What sort of transportation did you take there and back?

Have booked at CS but not the Aquaventure, so can't help there. Good luck!
