Atkins is very difficult without electricity!

Our power just came back on after being out for almost exactly 3 full days. It was easy for the boys...they just ate unrefridgerated carb stuff...there's not so much of that for Atkins! I had plain tuna for breakfast this morning...had to chuck the mayo yesterday. Ick. I never thought I'd say that I missed eggs, but I really did.

I can't wait to go and restock tomorrow.
