So I'm bibin around on the net today checking out some ATC's and i go onto 2 peas in a bucket and I see a post in the Gallery by some chick name "michi belle" and her Gallery title is "simple ATC's"......Yeah well....this chick just thinks she so awesome she can just post up her stuff anywhere. hey so i bought some collage pageas and the chick e-mailed them to me if anyone wants them as well i will only e-mail to your personal emails so please PM me if you want them.
They are in High res Jpeg format and have to printed on a good laser printer of a really good (kinko level) color copier.
I paid like $6 for 4 pages so I'm gonna share the love

I got my order from the ATC Store yesterday, too. Just an FYI: Lisa called me earlier this week to tell me that the website overcharged me for shipping and she reimbursed me for the extra shipping I paid. And, I did not write her to ask her to do this. She was very friendly.

I am also very pleased with the service and merchandise!!

I got my Oriental Trading mag too yesterday. My girlfriend & I ordered & got the free shipping. I got a bunch of fun brads.
YodsMom, don't worry we will do many more ATC swaps. Yodasmom, we will have plenty of more swaps to do. We could probably start new ones every couple of months when the one we do at the time ends.

You're doing just fine, Michi! It's not your fault the Boards were acting up!

I think for most of us, probably all of us, the most important thing is that the hostess stays in touch and communicates well (and vice versa). You do that well, so I think it's working out just fine!

You are doing a good job hostessing- you have stayed in touch and on top of things and very patiently answered many questions before we started.

I would say that July or August might be a better time for adding in another swap but it may just be that I have too much on my plate in June.

I too got Oriental trading and found some really cool stuff. I also thumbed through the latest Sewing Somerset mag and found a sweet card. Didn't buy the book because it was $15 but I studied the card for about 10 minutes. I think I can duplicate it to an extent for my 1920's vintage card, just need some fabric, which mom probably has.
I am going to start scouring flea markets this summer for baubles. I think I can find some really unique things for cheaper then 7 Gypsies and such.

Hey Buffy here's a tip for avoiding having to buy those expensive mags for one idea you want....I carry my digital Camera everywhere with me or I use my Camera phone and e-mail the pic to my email back home.
I'm sorry but there is no Magazine woth $15...it better be coated in gold for that. But I do love the summerset mags they have some great stuff in them. I use my 40%-50% coupons on them.

I need your e-mail...I only made one of the fishy one cause I only had one of the stickers. I have to find those stickers again. It's part of the brand spanking new line o'stuff from K &Co.

I am so loving this It especially appeals to my extreme tightness, using such tiny amounts of stash

here's where I am so far - don't compare to Michi's but I thought they were OK for a start

here's my UK one for ethnic and Snow White for Disney

The UK one was done with stuff I found on the computer, some ink and a safety pin (the sort that holds the packet of extra buttons on clothes - I told you I'm a hoarder )

The Snow White has Cosmo Cricket paper and some rhinestones as well as the dimensional sticker (not sure if it shows up very well) - I remembered the first pic od Snow White I ever saw was from some old sheet music from the movie my Mum had as a girl, and I was trying to get that aged, faded effect.

Here's my anything goes - Heroes, a pic of my great aunt and uncles from WWI, with ribbon, prima and stickle (trying to do a poppy, geddit?) and the Easter one has lightly embossed scrap from a mixed Easter kit and layers of cardstock using my new edge punch - I took the colour scheme from an advert I saw in the High Street (the colours look better in real life).

Off to do some more now - keeps me away from the chocolate

Michi, I agree with AWM that July or August would be a better time for another swap. June is pretty close to this due date of May. Personally, I'm gone half the month of May to 3 places.
