At what time do the quick service places open?

Because of some early ADR dinner times, there will be a day or two when we need to eat an early lunch (on FDP). When can you start getting lunch at the counter service places? I'm particularly interested in the opening time for Yak & Yeti counter service. We'll be at AK and want to try lunch there but we have a 3:05pm dinner ADR and although a big breakfast would be more logical, I really want to try Yak & Yeti (but don't want to ruin my appetite for dinner by eating at noon). with a 3 o'clock ADR I would have breakfast around 9, do ADR and save counter service for a late dinner.

I believe it's around 11 am. Maybe a little earlier during peak seasons.
