I was hoping to get one last year in a bikini, but I am having second thoughts. Is 43 too old for a bikini?

Can I add a small question to this thread, Tea Please? What is everyone's definition of having the "right" body to wear one? Is it dependent on age, size, hideous scars that need covering?

I know several older women (40's and up) who look good in them. Is their body a temple of youth or monument to plastic surgery? NO....they've just kept themselves up better than I have. Their bodies are age-appropriate, healthy, and in shape. I think that's the criteria.Anyone honest with themselves knows where to draw the line.

HOWEVER, if you plan on diving into a pool, going down the speed slides at water parks or being dragged behind a boat in a tube, I don't recommend a bikini.![]()
Don't worry, I've already flashed the Jersey shore, so I'll be darned careful!!
