does anyone know at what age they start to charge children for passes to the parks ?

Thanks in advance!!!

And a 9 year old is considered an adult? Hummm

Oh well, we still love Disney!

actually a 10 yr old is considered an adult for park passes as they are tall enough and usually brave enough to ride all of the rides.

Ages 3-9 are child rates

Under 3 are free.

If your child is 2 when you arrive at Disney but will turn 3 during your visit they still get in for free.

They figure at 9, they can pretty much ride any ride an adult could.

My 5 year old rode everything except RnR at MGM....I certainly get my money's worth with her and my 3 year old rode quite a bit this trip just not the mountains but she will in a couple of years!!!

I really don't know how anyone could complain about a 3 year old being charged for a child pass and a 10 year old being charged an adult admission...they get a lot out of Disney from a young age and that is one of the main reasons we love Disney.

Other amusement parks my children can't do very many rides and I get upset at their prices...

Disabled and old people can't ride very many rides yet are also charged an adult admission just like the 10 year old who can ride everything.
