AT&T 1000 free rollover minutes to "loyal customers"

My husband did this from his iphone last night and it worked!

So here's my questions:
We have a family plan, if we send the same text from another line on our family plan would we get another 1000 mins? Or is it once per family? And also, the rest of us don't have iphones so if you could do it more than once per family, would it work if it was not an iphone?

Now they didn't mention that you needed an Iphone when I called, however we are a 3 Iphone family. Waiting for a friend who doesn't have an Iphone but does have AT&T to check on that. If anyone calls who doesn't have an Iphone calls, please post, I'm curious now. But it really is a great deal!

I just called, thankyou so much for the post. I don't have an I phone, I have a samsung flight... that I'm NOT crazy about. I got the free rollover minutes, removed my data plan because I don't really go online with my phone, because it's next to impossible.. I really miss my blackberry. BUT I did sign up for that mobile to ANY mobile, got unlimited texting AND reduced my bill by about $5 a month WAHOO, I"m happy now!

It's the phone I'm using now and it's horrible. It's better than the cheap go phone, maybe... but it was free so I can't complain too much. I love that I can still use my nokia's wi-fi even without a SIM card in it, so I carry it with me as well.
I can't wait till the end of this year to finally upgrade my phone.

As for the promo, there are no smartphones on the plan, and I did get a text back saying it would take up to four weeks for processing. So I'll post back if I do get them.
