I love sea days. To me they are great vacation days. I get up early, having ordered coffee the night before. I sneak out on the verhanda with a cup and a danish, and watch the day begin. Around 8, I go inside to make enough noise to wake up the family. We head to lumieres to eat. Love the eggs benedict. After that, I try to make it to one of the early cooking series. This past trip, I went to one on poached pears with a choc sauce. It was great, and we were able to sample it. Then it's off to the pool. I need to get some sun, otherwise co-workers think i didn't go on a cruise. I love to read, and normally on sea days, I can put a big dent in whatever book i'm reading. Then I hit topsiders for some lunch. I try in the afternoon of a sea day to plan a visit to the spa. The past trip, had the spa taster one sea day and the suriel on another. Then in the afternoon I try to hit another entertainment series. We were able to catch the one on the art of Disney, which was great. I guess to me the sea days are just kind of a day to take care of me.

I love sea days as well....they were, by far, my most relaxing days on the whole vacation. There is so much for you to do if you choose to. Just take a look at the navagators the night before and highlight what you may enjoy doing that day. Take it easy and enjoy!

Can anyone give me advice on what is good to do on the ship when it is an "At Sea Day"?

the best thing to do on at sea days = NOTHING!!! :) bring a book, grab a chair on Deck 4 or Deck 10, heaven!

sea days are the best. That is the reason we have done three Eastern Caribbean cruises and only one Western ... more sea days! Our next DCL cruise is an Eastern as well

Sea days are my favorites! I agree with the book idea. We usually hang out on the veranda and read but deck 4 is another excellent place.

I love the adult lectures they do - like the art of Disney or the Captains Roundtable.

I'm really looking forward to our 3 sea days on the 10 day cruise!

There is so much to do, anything and everything is great.

Just chose a schedule the night before when your navigator arrives and you will be good to go.
