Or do you have to settle for what is in the room? thanks!
Honestly, because I'm a DVC member, and every time we call for one at Beach Club Villas, they bring us one (they have both tiny ones, and bigger ones). I just didn't know if moderates did the same.
Apparently they have a preference for Mr Coffee? lolVillas have coffeemakers in the rooms. Why do you have to call for one?
Non-villas have a totally different coffee thing going on.

What DVC villa had the small ones? I have never seen one of the small ones in a DVC room in the 15 years we have owned.

That's because it was a Villa, where they have such things. Moderates are not Villa properties and they don't have such things on hand and aren't going to go to a Villa to get one for you. Your idea of stopping to buy one is a good one. If you can't survive on what is provided in the room.Honestly, because I'm a DVC member, and every time we call for one at Beach Club Villas, they bring us one (they have both tiny ones, and bigger ones). We use the Via all the time when we travel. It comes in a smallish, easy to store/easy to tear tube. One other option, in case you haven't tried them, the Via pods. I personally am not a fan but lots of folks seem to think they are very good. Then you can use just the water from the machine in the room.
But then again, I think Joffrey's and Starbucks taste a whole lot alike. I just use less water when I make the coffee

Because the last two trips, they just had one of those teeny tiny ones, enough for one cup maybe? I'm not sure why they keep them, they're silly.
Because they don't want you in the room drinking "free" coffee and not spending money. They want you to buy the mug, buy the coffee, book a breakfast, get on in that park and spend for Joffrey's or Starbucks or Disney brand. $$$$
You can use Via with pretty much any maker, regular, pod or Keurig. I've used Via with all of them. I run water through the machine, discard before my first use. Then make a cup of hot water. You tear the little tube and add the powder. It's Starbucks, comes in a variety of flavors. We like Pike's place. I don't find it has the bitterness or ickiness of "regular" old fashioned instant coffee.Good idea, are they the ones that fit in the POR coffee machines?
