It's been awhile since I've looked into this, but I believe what we need to do is not really a chat room. I don't think we can set up a private chat room, and I doubt we want to go in a public room.

Instead, we want to conference. Which would require us to have everyone's yahoo ID on our friends list and then we go to Action >> Invite to a conference, and then select the friends we want to invite.

I want to conference with everyone sometimes too. I can't until next week and even then it will be a day to day thing. DH won't let me keep a messanger downloaded onto the computer so I have to download and then delete it each time I conference.
