I know what you mean about the stable weather--we keep rotating between mid 60's/70's back to 30's and 40's and it usually happens overnight. I'm ready for warm weather!!

So I called DH just to make sure what he was up and picking up DS16 at school (DH works midnights)...and he didn't sound right...My mommy antenna went on allert...and he says "Well, so you want to continue your fun, or do you want to know what happened?" He was sitting in the dentisit office...DS16 has a very agressive gym class, and the teacher lets the boys act like jerks (a jerk himself) and they were playing "pillow hockey" and one guy sticks his stick between another guy's legs, he trips, falls on DS16, who snaps off a tooth!!!! I am LIVID at the !@#$%^ teacher, but my DH to get DS16 right to the dentist! They had to bond his tooth, and we are now waiting to see if there is any nerve damage. And I have to keep from strangeling that teacher!

Update on DS16, school, and the jerk (not DH )

DS16 says the tooth is sensitive, but he is OK. He might be getting his blue paper to get his driving permit tomorrow, so I'm thinking he would have to be almost dead to prevent that. The school sent home a paper about insurance, they have coverage that will pick up after ours does. Ours is primary...then theirs. I didn't go in, I was waiting to see what they did today. I'm still really peeved, but DS said the kid who fell into him feels so bad about it, and the one that tripped him has been a behavior problem...

We have to watch for discoloration of the 3 teeth involved. The right front, and the 2 next. It was the second tooth right (from center) that snapped off.
