Good luck. I know its hard but you feel soooo much better after you lose. Atkins becomes a way to eat. There are many good new products now low in carbs. When we started the stuff was expensive and awful, now the stuff is good. Just learn to substitue to keep your brain fooled. you do slow from losing those big pounds but what I found is you go up alittle then down a little but the trend is definately down but more slowly so don't get discouraged. I try to stick to meat and salad and eat cottage cheese for lunch and my eggs (different ways) for breakfast. Also small snacks of nuts, if you like smoked almonds they are low too. When you have lost near what you want, I "cheat" with Jellos sugar free cooked(or instant) pudding with cream, 1/2 cup and I feel like I've really been bad but it doesn't seem to hurt. A box is 4 servings. Hope this helps you stay on course. Good luck.
