I am going to fax my requests early next week and I am curious....

Should we request a building or just hope for King bed only? If making a building request, does anyone have a favorite, and why? We are traveling without our kiddo's if that sways any opinions.

make your 2 requests...... just let them know which is your priority.... they will try to help as much as possible. If you are going without the kids, I think I would ask for one of the Country Music Blgs. It is very quiet. There are picnic tables to sit at & some nice garden type areas to sit at at night. I liked it, but I had my kids with me......and my 10yr old hated the walk to the food court......

Did you request a King bed when making your reservations?? I always request it, if it's available. I get it most of the time. I think only once I did not. Of course, King beds are handicap assesible rooms, so those folks have first priority. I've never faxed my request in. I always tell the CM when making reservations and have always gotten my requests, except a few times when it was not possible because a section of a resort was being refurbished.

Calypso is a good building to ask for! The pool is outside your door and the food court is in the next building. Also, tranportation stop is very close.

Calypso is a preferred bldg .... it will run you $10 more per night for one of those bldgs....but it is close to everything.

Next closest would be the Jazz section and it's not extra.

Don't forget to request your priorities in order.This is how I would do my request ,king room,courtyard view,quiet location,if king room is not available we would love to be on the third floor.

The reason for the third floor is that is absolutely quiet, perfect for a mini honeymoon.
