ASMo During Memorial Weekend-Buses?

We are planning a trip to WDW for Memorial weekend. I currently have ressies at POP but was thinking of switching to ASMo.

We usually go during Oct. or Dec. when the crowds are lighter and have never been during a Holiday.

When we stayed at POP during the end of September, the buses were always packed so I'm worried that during the holiday it will be horrible.

We stayed at ASMo in 2002 and at that time they shared buses with ASSp & ASMu. During busy times do they have there owns buses or do they share??? If they share, then it wouldn't help to move to ASMo.

We go June/July and never have problems with bus issues at the ASMo. Yes, the three value resorts may share a bus, but if you stay at ASMo, you are last pick up, so you go right to the parks. Sometimes the bus is dedicated to ASMo if the line is long enough. All this is communicated behind the scenes between dispatch and the resort. We had one longer wait last summer and by talking with a CM, they got right on the walkie talkie and got buses over to us. They really keep the busses moving during peak dates--they want us at the Parks as quickly as possible to spend our $$

Since it's the last pick-up when the buses are shared, is it usually only standing room once it arrives at ASMo???
