ASM Pizza. Any good?

We'll be arriving late around 8:00-9:00pm . I decided to stay the night at ASM before heading over to the WL the next morning. My husband and daughter would love it if they could get a pizza delivered to the room when we arrive and not worry about picking something up on the way into WDW. This all depends on whether the pizza is any good. My husband Michelangelos. My daughter and I will eat just about any kind of pizza. We all prefer a crispy crust though. Not the soggy stuff you get at some places. Any reviews?

I can't compare it to the one you mentioned because I have never heard of it, but I HATE WDW pizza. I can handle the major chains like Domino's, Uno's, Papa Johns, even Pizza Hut, but WDW pizza is just yucky. The food court at ASMo though has really good stuff besides pizza. To each his own however, you might like it.

I agree with the last poster. No pizza I tried at WDW was any good. My son who is 5 loved it! I tasted pizza at AKL, Pinnochio Haus and Pizzafari. All bad. The best pizza I had all week was at Universal Studios (sorry about that Disney!).

My husband will eat pizza 24/7 if he could. He ranks the All Star pizza way, way, way down on his list. Sorry but getting something outside Disney World would be better. If you are driving, I'd suggest New York Pizza World on Highway 192. It's not the greatest but it's not that bad and the prices are decent. It's on the west side of I4 right next to the IHOP. Small place, looks cheesy but those are the best pizza places.

Other than that, a drive to Animal Kingdom and the Mara for their pizza would be something to think about.

We didn't find the Pizza @ ASMo to be too bad, it was kinda nice to have a quiet night in. It was kinda drizzling that night so we took advantage.

Oh well. That's cool. We can pick something up on the road and eat before we get there. I just thought it would be nice to eat in the room...we've never done room service before. Hubby is picky. We've actually gotten to the point where we prefer to make our own pizza dough from scratch and make our own. We have a blast. We even make desert pizzas with vanilla pudding, chocolate chips and coconut sprinkled on top. It's yummy. It's a Super Bowl tradition. Thanks for your opinions.

I agree with you. I've had pizza at all three of those places as well, and I liked Pizza Planet, and didn't mind Pizzafaria, I hated the pizza I had at All Star Music.

My favorite pizza is Papa John's, and also Stouffer's french bread, (the frozen one,) and also Freshchetta (SP?) which is also frozen.

I think there was another thread like this a couple of days ago.
