Heres my question

Our flight home dosn't leave till 4:50. Now what are we to do till then. I called the Raddison to see if I could book a room for the day. They said the couldn't be sure the would have one ready. But we could use the facilitys till we leave for the airport. What is everyone else doing with a late flight home?

Thanks for all your help

Peg

We have the same time flight home and we too are staying the last night at the Radisson. The Radisson has shuttles to WDW, so we plan on going to one of the parks. The hotel will hold your luggage so thats not a problem. Maybe take the hotel shuttle to Downtown Disney to do some last minute shopping or just to grab some lunch before your flight. Just be sure to leave yourself enough time to get back to the hotel.
Have a wonderful trip!

Hyatt MCO has day rooms available, you can use the pool and already be at the airport. I would look into that.

Hyatt MCO is the way to go.

On our 5-1 cruise we originally booked a flight that left at 12:10 but due to airlines and their constantly changing/deleting of flights we ended up on one that didn't depart until 5:05. We got a room at the Hyatt MCO airport and it was something we NEVER EVER regretted doing! Our limo picked us up outside the DCL terminal at 8:30. We drove to the airport and proceeded to see if Delta would let us check our luggage in for our 5 pm flight then. They said not until 6 hours before the flight so we went down to the entrance of the Hyatt where a really cool bellman met our limo and told us to give him the bags we didn't need and they would keep them in the bell closet until we were ready for them. He gave us a slip and told us to call when we were going to go down to check in. We walked to the elevator, up 1 floor to the lobby, checked in to the day room and set off for the pool. The kids swam in the pool and we sat on lounge chairs. Then we went back to the room, the kids changed and we went to the restaurant there and had a really relaxing slow paced meal. Then back to the room for more swimming. When we were ready to go check us in for our flight we called bell services. He met us at the lobby, pushed ALL of our luggage to the curbside Delta checkin, got us "moved up" in the line and then took off! Went back up to the room and hung out til it was time to go! I'd vote for the Hyatt MCO for sure!

Thank you so much for all the info. I called today and booked us a room. I know 2 boys who will be very happy we are not spending the day at the airport.

Thanks Again:teeth:

Our flight out doesn't leave until 8 p.m.! We've got a rent car and are driving to Wilderness Lodge for a quick visit home. Lunch at Whispering Canyon and a ride on the monorails. Then it's off to the airport.

I'm in pennsylvania too.........northwest to be a little more precise.....my town is in your name so I was just curious
