Ask an Imagineer/Executive

There are people who visit WDW every year that would love to visit DL especially after CL but to fly to the westcoast is very expense. Are they considering any more affordable tix options that might encourage people to visit both WDW & DL. A combination tix that would allow families to experience both parks. The only tix available now is $800 a person way out of the reach of most Disney fans.

I would expect it at some point, but I'm guessing not in the immediate future. Given the fact that Universal still has a whole Marvel-themed land at Islands of Adventure and other Marvel attractions, there's probably a contract that would need to expire before Marvel attractions could be added to Disney parks.

The contract with Universal only affects the Florida parks--notice that there is no Marvel presence at USH. DL and DCA are free to add Marvel attractions.

I was going to make a joke and request that you ask John Lasseter why Pixar didn't employ a stylist so their execs could stop wearing those ugy Pixar print shirts, but I restrained myself. I just saw that John was wearing one at the Grand Opening! Under a suit coat! Now I wish I had requested you ask.

I love the ugly Pixar print shirts and wish they would make women's versions!

DisneyGeek- I wouldn't hold your breath for that asap response. This was for an interview that took place back in June. You might want to email someone in the company instead.

It looks like a school assignment? Maybe try emailing someone from their student internships dept.

That list is going to take someone some time. I don't know if you'll find a way to get it to an imagineer who's willing to give you their time on such short notice. An actual letter to H.R. explaining professionally and courteously what you're looking for might do better, but I wouldn't expect a response in a week (or three). Good luck!

Thanks soooooo much. It was and I'm working on a letter. I found a mailing address so I'm going to (hopefully) send it in. I would like to be an Imagineer when I'm older (if you haven't noticed).

I guess this is more of a complaint than an actual question, but for an Executive, I would really like to know how they can justify taking away some of the Christmas elements to save them for special upcharged Christmas parties. Halloween is one thing, but charging extra for Christmas is just all sorts of wrong.

Now that the dca is done with. Is there plans to make a third park or add more to fantasy Land (as Ive heard ) and what can we expect in the next few years?

THIS! Realistically speaking what are the chances of bringing DisneySea to the States. At least 20,000 leagues or Journey to the Center of the Earth!! :wizard:

This thread was supposed to be locked but the door was left wide open. I feel like I'm 14 again, sneaking into a condemned building. :cool1:

But seriously, I'd be curious to know how the Round Robin went. Was there ever any closure to this?
