That is of course the type of hacking I'm talking about. I hate to see the fear and sadness so regularly but it's a big problem. Hackers and identity thieves are not nice people no matter what their target is.

I would take a hacker who outed public health menaces over a cheaters privacy. I don't think you have any idea what is like to discover you have AIDS/HIV because a spouse couldn't keep it in their pants. Or better yet leave, these are selfish nasty people who expose their families including babies in utero to a myriad of diseases. Sorry no sympathy.

Except for the innocent victims. And frankly, I think they have a right to know. Their physical and emotional health matters.

Who said I was praising the hacker? I am just glad the info is getting out - however.

But saying the cheaters are worse in asinine. They may catch them & they pay for their crime but at least the knew this going in. The victims of infidelity also need the info to make the decision for their lives just like the hacker did when they released this info.

Hackers have exposed credit card information as well as home addresses of MILLIONS of people. What they were used for is immaterial. If AM was truly 95% men, I am not exactly sure how much cheating was going on? Looking for it and or flirting are not an evil thing compared to actually crossing that line IMHO.

No, hackers hacked Ashley Madison. This is a site for people who want to cheat on their wives, husbands, BFs or Gfs. They make accounts and hookup randomly outside their relationships. Thus exposing their loved ones to both emotional & physical perils of STD/AIDS/HIV.

Hackers told AM they had the info & if they shut down the site they would not release t. The owners of AM are greedy individuals who said basically - Go Ahead, they could care less about the millions who will now be thrown into a very dark world.

The only ones who pay are the men, the women are free. No it s not 95% men that is what the ones who are trying to minimize the damage this site does want people to think.

This site was picked due to it is for affairs specifically. If you want to hook-up & are single - Go for it!! You get no judgement , BTDT but when I was unattached.

While I don't condone illegal/criminal behavior/hacking, these people who have been outed kind of deserve what they get. If they can't keep their vows, then their partners deserve to know. It's not innocent and it does hurt multiple people. As for the poster who said they are cheating with someone from the site, wow. If you are that unhappy in your marriage, get out and meet someone. I really feel for that poster's spouse, assuming of course the poster is telling the truth and not just playing us.

I absolutely thought htat Hilary should have gotten a blood test. If someone cheats, the other person needs to know they are disease free. I also was hoping she would leave him.
