Arts Shuttle

Has anyone used them? I'm looking at them to get for CBR to Port Canaveral. Have not found much on them. Any personal experiences?

I used Arts last summer to go from an Orlando airport hotel to the port with a group of 10. The driver was about 20 minutes late picking us up, but he called my cell phone no less then 3 times to let me know he was going to be late and also that he was only a couple of minutes away. He even offered to stop on the way to the port if we needed anything before he got on the expressway.

I would certainly use them again!

I'm looking for the least expensive transportation to the port so that gives me some more money to play with in Disney! Right now, the lowest rate aside from Arts is $120 not including tip for a van.

Well, just a little warning about our experience with Art's Shuttle. We booked them to get us from Ron Jon Resort to Port Canaveral. We waited out in front of Ron Jons for 45 mins-1 hour. Arts stood us up. When Ron Jon called them to find out where they were, Art's was very rude and hung up on the consierge at Ron Jon. We had to call them back. They were most unprofessional. They never did show up. Had to take a taxi to port. Because it was busy Easter weekend, we got to the port a few hours after we originally planned and by that time the line at the port was out the door. Never again will we use Arts. Ron Jon said Arts was getting more and more undependable and they didn't feel comfortable about recommending them anymore, so just a heads up.
