I had a regretably bad experience there.
First, the server. She wouldn't shut up and wouldn't leave us alone. Not just hovering service, but she literally stood there chatting about everything from the weather to her car, to her relatives.
Next, my meal. I ordered filet, cooked MR. It came out burned. Even looking at it I could tell it was well done to the max. It was shriveled and burnt. The person who served us set it down and left. My drink needed to be refilled, and the steak had to go back. I told DH to go ahead and start without me. Of course when we needed her, the chatterbox was nowhere to be found.
Finally she showed up. (The restaurant was very slow at the time). I sent the steak back, and reiterated MR. In fact I requested it RARE the second time through.
It came out Medium Well.
I just choked my way through it, eating only the very middle. When she came back again I again told her it was unacceptable, but that I didn't want to wait any long erfor anotherone to get screwed up.
We were offered nothing. I figured they'd at least offer desert on the house. Nope.
We paid our check and left in disgust.
The tip showed our displeasure.
Now I'm not one to blame the server forn the kitchens mess-up. But the food was done wrong, you could see that from the OUTSIDE. The server was terrible, wouldn't leave us alone when we wanted to ahve a quiet conversation with each other, and was no where to be found when we needed her.
Had I been in her shoes where the kitchen messed up the same meal twice, I would have involved the manager. This didn't happen.
I hope my experience was unusual, but it would take more than an offer to get me back.
It definitely fell into our five worst WDW dining experiences.
