Artist Point menu suggestions?

I will be making our first reservation at AP. Can you recommend any really good menu items? How is the beef tenderloin? Striploin? What is the atmosphere like? Thank you!

The salmon is the only thing I've had from there, and it is AMAZING! My dad had a steak and enjoyed it.

Artist Point is wonderful - you cannot go wrong. I am vegan and their veggies were to die for. My DH eats everything and the steaks were to his liking. The menu changes often. I was there last summer and again this past winter and many items were changed. Don't worry, I know you will have a great meal.
The atmosphere is NOT Micky Mouse!!!!. I found it to be comfortable. Not lots of kids, but there were a few. I did need a wrap, but me DH says I am ALWAYS cold. I live in Florida - I often take a jacket or wrap. Have a GREAT time.

Artist Point is my favorite signature restaurant, but I try not to get too invested in the menu because it changes seasonally.

Based on the current menu, here are my favorites:

-Dungeness crab salad with cucumber mint sorbet (so light and refreshing for an app)
-Spring pea risotto with pork belly and goat cheese crisp (delicious and not too heavy - there is usually a seasonal risotto appetizer available)
-Cedar plank salmon with confit artichoke and bacon egg vinaigrette (the cedar plank salmon is delicious, no matter what it's served with)
-Seasonal fresh berry cobbler (the fresh berries on top are so good)

But I agree with the previous poster - you can't go wrong.

Buffalo striploin with the salmon's set of sides (roasted marble potatoes and the pinot noir beurre rogue). Omg..it was so good. The bread they serve is also top notch.
