Artist/craft paint brush question..

For anyone here who uses these very thin paint brushes, I have a question..

After Christmas I hope to start painting some of the plastercraft items that I purchased at a garage sale years ago.. (Christmas ornaments; haunted musical Halloween house; wolves; bears; Thanksgiving pieces; Easter pieces; decorative bird houses; etc..) I got a heck of a deal - well over 300 items for $20..

Anyhow - because I delayed the surgery for carpal tunnel on my left hand years ago (I'm left-handed), I ended up with some permanent damage.. I can't grip anything fine between my thumb and first finger (can't button buttons, can't grip a nail cutter, etc.).. When using a pencil or pen, I have to put those rubber pen grips on them.. Obviously they are too big for these paint brushes though..

Is there something similar I can buy for them - or should I try wrapping duct tape around them (or something else) so they won't slip through my fingers?

Hi. They sell fat paint brushes with rubber grips at Hobby Lobby and Michaels. I don't have problems with my hands, but I LOVE them. They are great for crafts. Nice fluffy brushes of all sizes. If you don't have a local store, I'm sure you can buy them online.
