Artist Choice Mailing List?

Is there a way to get on a mailing list for the Featured Artist pins? We went a couple years ago and my DD and I bought this Featured Artist Scar jumbo pin at Disney Outfitters at AK:

We gave them our our e-mail address and they said that they would e-mail us when the next month's pin is available to purchase. We never have received an e-mail and several phone call attempts were unsuccessful.

Well my DD collects villains pins and this one just came out ad she wants it:

I have never eard of a mailing/notification list for pins.
Generally LEs cannot be sold by maill. I think after 30 days they can be. Many featured artist pins are not around that long. (Some linger on the shelves. Some don't.)
The second link did not work for me. So I cannot say if I have seen that pin remaining or not.
