Arthur 27?

Looking for places to eat around Saratoga Spring Resort. Pretty much been to most restaurants in Downtown Disney area, so I want to try something different. Is Arthur 27 in Buena Vista Palace still open (esp for pre-dinner drinks)? Is it walkable from DD (no rental car), and worth it?

Any other recommendation?

It is closed except for private functions from what I was told by a hairdresser who has a friend who used to be a server there.

Have you tried Raglan Road at DTD?

That's too bad. I always wanted to go to their lounge. Never been to Raglan Road, but I also don't want to pay to get into Pleasure Island.

I believe there is no longer admission charged for PI. There may be charges for individual clubs, not sure how that works.

For sure, we dined at RR last week with no admission charged.
