ART to Angels Stadium?

I hope someone can clarify for me. We are planning to attend 3 Angels games while at Disneyland. I see on the ART site that Route 15 goes to Angels stadium but I am not 100% sure where we would pick up the bus? Is it right at Disney or someplace else?

We are not sure at this point about renting a car ... knowing that we could use ART to get to the stadium is an important factor!

I dont know about ART, but when we go up to Anaheim we take amtrak to the anaheim station which is at Angel Stadium and we take a taxi from the stadium to the Park Vue inn which is directly across from the Disney crosswalk and we have never paid more than $10 for a one way trip via taxi and you can fit four people for that price, unless you have more than four people???

I don't think you'll need to worry about finding a taxi.

FYI, the fare is dependent on where you're going. I took a taxi from that Amtrak station in the parking lot, and going to DLH it was $13 by the meter. I had arranged a flat-fee with the driver, and he wanted to show me that the $10 flat rate was a bargain, so he kept the meter on.


You can also let the original taxi driver know that you'll be coming back...might not work with a baseball game where things can go into extra innings, but he might give you good tips on making sure you get a taxi back!

I've seen taxis outside the main entrance to the stadium, near the Big A Hats , but you can be pretty sure there will be taxis at the Amtrak station, which shares the parking lot with Angels Stadium.

Most definitely there will be taxi's a waitin at the Amtrak Station. A pretty nice pick too.
Even small passenger vans, that being, the van is small, although the passengers can be too.

Thank you all! I am feeling a very "duh" moment! Of course there will be cabs at the train station! I think that is what we will end up doing. I knew the Dis would have the answer!

Yes, I can tell you that there are taxis at the AMTRAK station at the Angels stadium and that the fare to Union Station is $75
The fare from the Jolly Roger to the station was 8.00
ART scares me..I keeo thinking I should try it and never have.

We stayed at the Hilton Suites one year and it was literally right down the street from the stadium, I know ART stops there. You could always get off at the Hilton Suites and walk on over there.

Thanks - I actually emailed them directly:

Route 15 picks up at the main transportation area at Disneyland. (Harbor Blvd) It departs from the park at the top of the hour, you arrive at Angels Stadium 15 hour.

Seems easy enough - we may give it a try. Looks like a 3 day pass is $10 so it would cost us $30 total for the 3 of us versus the cost of taxis/tips. Worst case, we could grab a cab from the train station to get back so I won't feel trapped.
