ART Service ending March 31

My cousin will be driving in, but I have no idea if my parents will rent a car or not. It's just something to discuss further, because obviously, some of the hotels are closer than the parking lots.
And hotel/motel parking can add up quickly.

Wow, @danceintherain, you're juggling a lot of logistics. Just making plans for all those people is tough enough, without all the different expectations and opinions about what's worth the cost and what isn't. It's very nice of you to help out with all this.

When are they planning to go?

I enjoy knowing things about Disney, so it's a fun way to fill my free time. I helped my parents and the same aunt and uncle plan a trip to WDW a few years ago, so I at least know they'll all appreciate my input. Not exactly sure if my cousin will care, but I think encouraging my parents to offer the "full package" from the beginning is a better start than my cousin trying to guess what they're willing to pay for. At minimum, if I talk through some things with my parents in advance, then even if my cousin wants to plan more of the details herself, my parents will have a better idea of what they might be giving up.
Amen. That's one nice thing about the CCI, although I saw that that's off the table for this particular group.
It may still be an option.....I can show it to my parents and see if it is appealing to them. I just know they'll be happier if they can get a suite for themselves too, but it will be less appealing to them if it's more than $500/night. Also, my aunt and uncle will be paying for their own hotel and tickets, if they choose to come, and the higher price points are going to be difficult for them.

Have you looked into the desert palms? They have some larger suite configurations. They have one room with 4 queen beds and 2 bathrooms and it includes breakfast. Anaheim hotel also has a very big suite. Home2suites ahas a large suite but everytime we try to book it, it’s booked up. So I imagine they don’t have a lot of those rooms. I believe it’s a 2 bedroom suite (2 separate bedrooms plus a living area. Clementine inn might also work and it has a kitchen and includes breakfast. The walk would be longer for Clementine, but still very manageable.
