No, they are separate resorts and the pools at AoA are gated. You need your room key card to access the pool and water play areas.
As cool as the pools at AoA are, the pools at Pop, I personally think are great!
The foodcourt, Landscape of Flavors, at AoA is open to the public, so eating there would be a great way to get some delicious food and check AoA out.

I have a picture of the sign somewhere on my computer, but it does state the pool is for AoA resort guests only.

As stated, you can't pool hop but the Hippy Dippy pool has a fun atmosphere and lots of pool games and activities. I think you'll enjoy the pool at Pop Century.

The AOA pools are fenced and will require an AOA key card for access.
