I just booked our trip through a AAA TA for January. She told me that you have to book your advanced reservations at 60 days instead of 90 days. Is this something new for 2006? Anyone else here this?

I am sure that you could probably just call 407-WDW-DINE and make your reservations through them at the 90 day mark.

My guess is your agent had old information. Some AR's used to be made at the 60 day mark. I found this out the hard way when my first UOG (2003 or 2004 edition I think) said to call 60 days out for CRT. I then found out that had been changed to 90 days. Needless to say, I didn't get CRT that time. If there are any changes on ARs, this is the best place to find out about them.
