We are arriving on 12/13. What are some of the better loops for a 5th wheel, crew cab dually. We are booked for a preferred loop and under grand gathering as we have another family coming with us in a tt. Both are 30 footers. Can't wait to get there. Have been driving DH crazy with making two mickey lamp post (one for me and one for our friends) We will be setting up an outside christmas tree with lots of different disney ornaments. Yes, we will also have the mickey awning lights. Come by and say hi, it will be DH, DD (15) , DS (11), DS (6) Just wanting which preffered loops would be best. We hopefully will be bringing our own cart, if DH gets it ready in time. OH, Got to figure out how to put more disney stuff on it the only thing its got right now is the BUD on the front. Any help would be appreciated. And I have to figure out how to do the dis boards sign. :cool1:  :yay:

For preferred loops, we like 1400 the best (Big Bear, not Little Bear). Sites were big enough for our 35' trailer and truck and we liked the proximity to the Meadows pool, campfire and trading post, plus the ability to walk to the settlement. We also like 100 and 200. Last week we stayed at a premium site in 400 (moved up to a 45' motorhome so wanted more concrete), and that was a good loop as well.

I would recommend the 1100 or the 1200 loops. Plenty of big sites for fifth wheels and the like. We have camped in both loops and really liked them both. We have a 30 foot fifth wheel with a crew cab truck.

PS....both loops are near the center of the campground making them convenient to things near the front or the back of the resort.

I second the 1400 loop if you are looking for perfered I had a quad cab dodge with a 32 ft TT and stayed in big bear NO problem backing in ,large site ,canal behind you so no one running thru your site if you get the outside of loop we loved it ,close to meadowstradingpost,fishing,campfire/movies,bike barn just a great central location any loop is good but the 1400 loop is our favorite 300 is nice but some sites can be tight hope you get a great site and enjoy your self

thats the funny part about loops, everything is so subjective. We were in 1400 a couple years ago and found the site convenient but that was about it. Our site was narrow and people cut through it all the time, we barely had enough room to get the truck out of the road and by the end of 10 days I was plenty sick of folks walking though my site. If they put me in the 1400 I would ask to be moved. Thats what makes the Fort great... theres something for everyone.
