Arriving early at on site hotel after staying off site

I hope someone can help me, I have never stayed on site (appart from in the car park in our motorhome) or at the residential home at val d europe.
We are wanting to go down in January and dont want to stop in the motorhome, but to get the most from the park entry tickets supplied with the room we were going to travel down the day before and stop in a cheep motel and arrive 1st thing the next day.
So do our park tickets come via the mail or do we collect them from the hotel,and if collection is the case, can they be collected say 8am ready for EMH?

You collect your tickets from the hotel, I've never done it but been advised they are ready from 8am

you collect your park tickets etc when you check in at your onsite hotel - and you can do this early in the morning in time to be at the park gate for EMH at 8am . We did this exact thing on our November trip 2 years ago, checked in and got our park tickets, breakfast slots etc at 7.45am.

We collected our tickets from the HNY the night before. I think they get them around 9 pm ish.
