Arriving Before Check in Time

Hi there!

I am set to arrive approximately 4 hours before check in time. I was wondering if the resort allows you to check in, drop off your bag (for a fee) and receive your magic band? I live in Canada, and as a result, we are unable to get the magic band delivered here.

Yes, absolutely. And there is no fee to leave your bag with guest services.

You may get lucky and arrive to find your room is ready. If it isn't, just leave your bags (if you have them with you) with Bell Services, or Luggage Assistance, get checked in, get your MBs, and head to a park!! No fee, other than a tip to Bell Services if the took your bags.

Make sure and look at Online Checkin. It offers you a chance to inform the resort when you'll be arriving and that you'd look your room ready early, if you do, above all other requests. Sometimes, many times I find, they can get you in earlier than 3:00/4:00

When we arrived at 9am last week, our room was already ready - good luck.

We have never checked in at "check-in time" since we always arrive in the morning. We've always either checked in right away, and our room was ready, and one time it was not ready so we left our bags with bell services and headed to the park and picked up our stuff when we got back. We use online check-in now, since they know your arrival time, they try to have your room ready early.. This happened when I went in Nov, and it was great knowing my room was ready before I even got on Magical Express.
