I completed online check-in last night and have a PAT of 11:15-11:30. We are staying in a hotel in Cocoa Beach the night before we sail. What time do we need to get to the terminal to check our bags and park before we have to check in at the port?

Another question is when I got to the form I needed to print out my printer was out of ink. Can I print it out later or do I just need to have them print it out at port? TIA

Aim for that time I would say arrive at the lot from 10.45 am. The place you give your bags over at is at the terminal and it's all very close together.

Print it out anytime before the cruise or use the one in your cruise documents sent at 45 days pre cruise.

See how close it all is.

Bag drop off is the other side to The bus terminal under that preferred parking text.

The only thing I can add is that bag drop is actually under the walkway from the parking garage to the terminal (if you are on ground level). The curb that runs along the roadway under the walkway is where you drop your bags with a porter. This is where personal cars can pull up to drop off bags and then park and where shuttles drop off passengers and bags. Porters are around to take your bags from there.

Actually you are both right. There are two baggage drop off areas depending on which way they direct you when you first arrive at the DCL area. If they send you straight ahead you'll drop off your bags where Disney Fantasy indicated. If they direct you to the left you'll drop your bags where MMouse37 indicated. We've done both.

I found at all my cruises where I drove at PC, when you turn left to the terminal from the access road, you can go left to the parking lot or over the road to the gates, I do that, show my ID and reservation, drive in to the parking bay next to the terminal drop my bags all off and familiy, and then drive to either prefered parking or the lot in a loop.

I recall once coming back from the parking lot there was a very long line at the pedestrian gate, where some people had been dropped of in the layby outside and had luggage to tow in.

Your PAT is the time DCL expects you to arrive at the port -- that isn't a "check-in time" it's a "port arrival time." Dropping off luggage takes only a minute or so; parking is close as well with minimal time. If you arrive too much earlier than your PAT, it is possible you might be asked to wait outside and won't be allowed into the terminal building. Boarding typically begins around 11:15am, so that is really a decent time to arrive right at your PAT. The crowds will begin to thin out at that time, you'll check-in and then should have very little wait to board. No need to arrive earlier unless you want to deal with crowds and waiting.

As for the paperwork, you can go back into your online check-in at any time up until 3 days prior to the sail date to make changes or print.

Enjoy your cruise!

As for the paperwork, I logged into my account the day before departure to print everything out (I figured I would have less of a chance of misplacing it!) but found that it was locked out and I couldn't print it. However, it was not a problem - they just printed everything for me at check in and it took an extra 2 minutes. So make sure to print it out at least 3 days before your trip, but if you forget, it's not a total disaster :) Happy sailing!

Yes up to three days before then they start to upload/download it all.

Another view of the drop off.
And another thought about drop off: when we went in May they asked us if we were parking or dropping off when we said we were parking we were directed to the area closer to the terminal.
