Arrive 1day late

Hi! I need some advice from the experts please. I plan on renting a DVC studio next year for my daughter’s honeymoon from a broker. She would be arriving early on a Tuesday. Is there any problem if I rent the Monday as well, insuring she can get into her room at arrival and not have to wait?
Right now they plan on doing MNSSHP (if it is still offered on Tuesdays) and this way they would have the room ready to rest and get changed for the party.
If this will not mess anything up, I can call the resort that Monday to let them know of late arrival, have it noted on the reservation- whatever you recommend so it is not canceled.
And if this is ok, what about magical express? Can they just show up on the Tuesday morning?

The problem here is "renting." Until the person whose name is on the unit is at the resort checking in, MS won't talk to them, only the point owner. So there's risk in arriving late (onto the second 'night' of the reservation) in that they may very well cancel it on you, and you would need the points owner to do your calling.

I would ask the broker to have the points owner put in a room request on the reservation noting that arrival will be the next day (as someone who often rents my points out through a broker, I have been asked to make room requests several times). But then to be sure, call the hotel itself (not MS) the morning of the day that they will be expecting your daughter to arrive, to make absolutely sure that they are aware she will be arriving the following day, to make sure that they do not give away the room.
