So we're getting into Orlando around 7pm...does anyone know what time we will likely actually get to check into our resort? We are staying at the Beach club and taking Disney Express bus. I am also wondering if it's worth it to try and get reservations at Beaches and Cream for dinner or will we just be stuck with Beach Marketplace?

Thanks!

Get to resort between 8:00-8:30.

Have fun!

In general allow 60-90 minutes from arrival at MCO to arrival at your resort with an average of about 70 minutes. It depends on how long you wait at the airport before the DME bus leaves and how many stops at other resorts first.

B&C is a very small venue so it is not easy to get a reservation, especially if you are looking for a time that coincides with the closing of Epcot/end of IllumiNations. Also, B&C is a table service restaurant so make a reservation only if you are willing to pay the $10 per person penalty should there be a travel delay and you miss your reservation.

I'm always cautious making a reservation on arrival day that leaves me rushing to get there. In recent years I've experienced more delays both on the ground or even with baggage. If all goes well I think you can do it in 90 minutes with factoring in a reasonable amount of time for checking in, but do you want to rush if there are any delays or will you be disappointed if you miss the ressie. We used to struggle with this decision too. Have fun!

You can try for a late ADR, say 9:30 or 10pm? The good thing is, is that you are staying at BC, so you really don't have to worry about leaving the resort for transportation and all that. I wouldn't usually suggest it when people ask this same thing about arrival adrs at places outside of their resort, but this is right at your resort. So I say go for it, but make sure it is one of the later adr times.

So you're not stuck with just the "BC Marketplace"....Another option you may have is the Boardwalk Pizza Window....all of you could walk there from BC in under 10 minutes. Great pizza & you can sit right there on the Boardwalk and people-watch, while you eat your pizza.

** I believe it is open late...but someone on here may know for sure.

Note...Beaches & Cream would be my first choice...but I'd make an ADR for no earlier than 9:15pm
