Arrival day

For you off sisters who arrive late afternoon/early evening, what do you do that day. We'll be arriving Wednesday October, 1. I don't want to go to the parks because they'll be closing 7 to 9. The kids want to go to a water park, all the ones I have found close at 5. Any ideas? My husband has a coworker that used to live in Florida, and she says there are all you can eat crab shacks. I can't find any, just regular buffets. She said that at the shacks they just throw big buckets full of crab on the tables. Does anyone know of any are in Orlando?

We usually go to DTD to have dinner and walk around. The main lot can be kind of a pain right now because of all the construction, but they have parking across the street at the casting center. We've never had trouble finding a spot there.
