We are driving (3 hr) the morning of our arrival day. Will arrive early afternoon. We currently planned to explore the resort, maybe do a pony and/or wagon ride, swim, eat dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe and go to Chip 'n' Dale's campfire singalong.

An alternative would be to go to Disney Springs, eat dinner there, and see La Nouba.

If we don't do the campfire arrival night, we may not have a chance to see it during our 5 day stay.

We also will not be going to Disney Springs unless we go arrival day.

I'm thinking we should stick with the original plan and save La Nouba for a different visit.

What would you do?

I would stick with the original plan. Familiarize your self with the resort. You are spending a great deal of money to stay there - enjoy the time there

I would stick with original plan. Traveling back and forth to Disney Springs can be a hassle you may not feel like doing on arrival day unless your staying at POR or POFQ.

I would also vote to stick with your original plan. We saw La Nouba on our last visit, and I wasn't all that impressed. While it is a good show, if you have seen other Cirque shows, it is really nothing new. I guess I was just spoiled by all the great Disney shows :)

See and take in the resort...It's one of those places that you can spend a whole day or so just doing that..But eating at WCC and campfire will be a great way to kick off your Vacay.....Just remember, ask for " KETCHUP" LoL

Thanks everyone for the input! That's what I thought--we'll catch La Nouba another time! :)
